This course in Electrician Trade is meant for the candidates who aspire to become technically qualified in electrical wiring of buildings, stationary machines and related equipment. Electricians may be employed in the installation of new electrical components or the maintenance and repair of existing electrical infrastructure. Electricians may also specialize in wiring ships, airplanes, and other mobile platforms, as well as data and cable. This course curriculum is revised and re-structured to make the First Semester Syllabus common for all the Trades under “Power Sector”.
Passed 10th Class Examination under 10+2 system of education, from a recognized board, with Science and Mathematics or its equivalent.
2 years (4 semesters having duration on 6 months each)
Norms laid down by DGET, NCVT and the Central/ State Government are followed for all admission.
